Creagan station was lying in almost a ruin due to Beeching's cuts in the 1960's. In 1997 Ian Weir, James' father decided to refurb it. Being a building of such historical relevance it was a shame to see it in such decay.
Continued developments and maintenance at the station over the last twenty + years has kept it standing and enduring the test of time. We are hoping to turn it into a hub for our touring site with a kitchen and toilets and showers. Watch this space....
It has become a local landmark being easily seen from the road with railroad enthusiasts frequently visiting.

The Station is clearly visible from the caravan and motorhome park and is free for guests to roam.
