Original Train Station

Creagan Station - 1998

Creagan StationCreagan station was lying in almost a ruin due to Beeching's cuts in the 1960's. In 1997 Ian Weir, James' father decided to refurb it. Being a building of such historical relevance it was a shame to see it in such decay.

Creagan Station 1998 - Present

Creagan StationContinued developments and maintenance at the station over the last twenty + years has kept it standing and enduring the test of time.  We are hoping to turn it into a hub for our touring site with a kitchen and toilets and showers.  Watch this space....

It has become a local landmark being easily seen from the road with railroad enthusiasts frequently visiting.

You can find some good information about the carriage here »

It also includes some great photos of the station through the years.

The Station is clearly visible from the caravan and motorhome park and is free for guests to roam.
